Violin by Peter Boardman, Donaghadee 2024
This instrument is based on the 1715 Strad "Cremonese". It has a two-piece maple back. The front is two pieces of medium grain spruce. The varnish is brown in colour and the instrument is not antiqued.
With plum wood fittings by Tempel, this is a lovely violin with a lot of character.
